1. You can't mod gamesaves for other accounts, i'm not even sure if you can mod GPD's for other people.

2. You can't mod Modded Names for other people.

3. You CAN mod Mpdata split-screen but anyone could do that even with a USB,

You would have to recover their account which i don't think people will do if they have A USB.

These are very Basic Mods, anyone can do them With a USB.
