This is an infectable slow-motion lobby. Yes, you can back out and go into a private match yourself, and you will still have it. But, DO NOT sign out of your profile, go into a matchmaking game, switch game discs, go all the way back to the main menu, etc. Or else you will lose the infectable gametype.
