im on 39% but i think it says maintanence again when we get to a 100% LOL

yeah its not fully up yet, i just finished with the update and it STILL says psn is undergoing maintnence, it was announced that psn is back up, but the services are not availible yet therefore you can not sign in.... WWWAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

on one of their articles it said it will take awhile to be back. there going to turn on the network for all the states at diffrent times.
