i am making customized controller shells only so it comes with shell, buttons, dpad, triggers, joysticks, yet no mother board, if the shell costs around 13$$ how much should i sell the finished product for and do you think this would be a good business??

A xenon for $90... it's either a scam or hes selling you a really dodgy xenon. Stick with stickies if you want to be safe.
