2 days ago I bought Red Dead Redemption from games on demand on xbox 360. When I start the game the loading screen is viewable but then goes into a black screen and then freezes. My friends invite me to a free roam session which says I am in the game but to me I am not and I can't see anything. I have phoned Microsoft and they have said re-download the game and nothing else to help. Can anybody help?
