You don't...try talking to a doctor, it's weird to try and steal ID and depending on what you want it for (most likely to act as them) it's also quite illegal... Why don't you just say "Hey dude I'm stealing your ID give me some info pl0x?". Good luck.

Couldn't agree more. That was my first reaction too. Identity theft is seriously illegal and is an act performed only by the scum of the earth.
