I would say laI would say laptop because you can use it for more things than a JTAG.

You won't be able to get a good video card with your budget. The most you can get is a netbook which will get about 8 fps on CoD on low.

I would get neither but the jtag is your best bet.

Well, i can tell you right now that will not get a laptop for 350$ that will run MW2 or black ops..etc.

I say go for the JTAG.

That laptop wont run anything. It has integrated graphics, the most it might be able to run is MineCraft but thats stretching it
