i was going to get my elite flashed but im not 100% if i should people have told me i will get my console banned is this correct?

you can get it flashed its up to you. but if you dont want to get banned, the dont update. this will not allow you to connect to xbox live. the only way you could get back on is if there is a new firmware. so as of now don't do it.

If you're smart no. I've had this console for about 2 years. Since 1.6 and its been updated everytime though and I'm not dumb with my games.

If you want to play online dont flash it or just wait untill the new update because it's suppose to patch alot of piracy things... good luck man.
