Recently I got into a WaW (Call of Duty 5) lobby. there was infections in the lobby and I got banned for 15 days. That is beside the point. I made another gamertag on a usb drive right after. If I go live with it will I get consul banned?

no because theirs no proof the banned account is connect to you.

I do not think "consul" is the word your looking for. A "consul" was the highest elected office of the Roman Republic and an appointive office under the Empire. I think what you meant to spell was "console" which is a central control panel for a mechanical, electrical, or electronic system.
