I'm pretty new to TTG, however, as I've browsed the forums I've come to realize a few things. First off, alot lot of people post extremely useless replies to increase their post count. How does that help anyone? 2nd people tend to flame, hate, or reply with smarta$$ remarks. I can't speak for everyone, but I joined TTG (as a gold member) because I want to learn how to make my consoles do the things I wanted them to do. I bought them for what they could do, and thought Hey - I wonder if it can do this??? People come here looking for information and support from a community that I felt was better than the other ones out there. Then I see replies like " you're a ret @ rd......OMG are you stupid?" Just because a person asks a question that may seem self-explanatory to you - why wouldn't you just help the person instead of flame them. I also believe that people who are just looking for answers and get them won't learn anything, and they will be asking the same question again later. If you don't want to just answer their questions - atleast point them to where they can get the information!

People seem to have much bigger balls when they are hidden through a computer. I just don't understand why people feel the need to be like that.

I could go on and on about this because I think we have all gone through being slighlty noobish at one time or another. I'm sure most of us learned something from the forums that helped us. There is enough bullsh!t in our everyday lives - why bring it to the forums which is a place where some of us try to find the time to esacpe to? Just wondering -
