To flash your original nand or last working nand image back to the Motherboard, You do not use Xport. you need to use a usb spi flasher or make your own lpt cable. if it boots into Xell just place the working image on usb name it updflash.bin and Xell will update the nand.

It seams to me that your xbox has just RROD'd, if you have been flashing nands and got 3lights a working image will fix this. But if you think reflashing a new nand will resolve RROD Your mistaken. get the secondary error code and post it

When i press eject button it doesnt turn on it lights up red again thats all , xell wont boot up .

Right then your only option is to make a lpt cable(or usbflasher) solder it to the board and use nandpro to flash a working image to the board. If you haven't got a backup nand you're screwed. google how to do this ("how to do the jtaghack/nand dump/xelltut)
