I keep getting this:

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I never disconnected my HD PVR, why does it say this?

I just went out and bought a gold-plated USB cable for this, and nothing changed.

The software works fine, but if I plug ANYTHING into the HD PVR, it says it has been disconnected.

maybe something in the recieving end of the PVR is messed up and is rejecting anything being plugged into it. it'd be worth sending it away or something so you dont brake it beyond repair trying to DIY

When you plug in the PVR does it say USB device not recognized? If it does you have to turn of the computer, PVR, and Xbox. Unplug the USB from the computer. Then unplug them all from their outlets for about a minute or so. Then turn them back on and it should work. That's what I do and it always works.

Try a different USB port if you have one. The same thing was happening with my dazzle.

Are you stupid? That doesn't help at all. The program doesn't affect the VR unless you have 2 of the same recording programs open. Trust me don't uninstall the drivers because to reinstall them the PVR needs to be able to be read. And if the computer can't read it then it won't reinstall.
