he sold the same ps3 bundle to me and some other guy and has blocked me when asked for a refund and also he said he was from california and his paypal says non u.s and unverified

Yes, & you can send files of the im's to paypal too for the dispute.

Yes, & you can send files of the im's to paypal too for the dispute. Anything to prove your innocent & need your money back.
