How about a perk called NO NAME ?
IF you choose this perk then there will be no name above your head so you could go prone and people would think you were dead and suddenly bang you kill them!
but you only get half normal health as a trade off

Perk Color: Yellow
Effect (Default): Basically Juggernaut
Effect (Pro): Obsorb 1/3 of bullets fired at you.
