The kernel has to be below 7371. That means it will have to be on the old blades dashboard. You can check that by going to system settings

Dash has to be below 7371 and the MFR date should be before the summer '09

The jtag wiring will be different but the LPT/nand wires will be the exact same.
hate to be a bother but is the wiring clear where the wires have to go?

ok so basically i installed freestyle dash and it ran fine, then i installed bootlaunch so it would run freestyle dash on start up. well something was wrong in my files but thats not the point. now when i start up my xbox it freezes before the logo even completely loads. i know i need to flash my original NAND but i dont have it. i dont know how to boot from xell into flash360, i have tried many times and i cant get it.

SO MY MAIN POINT IS:

Could someone tell me how to dump my current corrupted NAND to my USB from XELL.
PLEASE HELP!
MAJOR plus rep for those who help me get this worked out!

You don't need to boot into 360 Flash Tool to write a nand, you can do it via xell/xellous, you can retrieve your original nand image from xellous via [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Once you have retrieved it put it on a empty usb flash drive (in FAT32 format), make sure it is named "updflash" then insert the drive into the console, boot into linux bootloader then it will recognize the image and write it.
