Try Downloading Sandboxie then put the file in there and it tells you if its a Rat,Virus, or anything else

See there is the hacking like that that is completely wrong and should be looked at and then there's the hacking or as i would like to say modding that is fun and can be helpful/useful... just be careful what you download next-time.
