is there any program that can make all the locations discovered? i just found a save that i love an dwant to keep, he is a lvl 1 with almost all perk and skills at 100 and special at 10 the only problem is the locations aren't discovered. is there anyway to discover these without actually having to do them?

Best bet would be to just get the explorer perk, unless you can't choose which perks you want, then I guess I can't help you :/
