once i got my HD PVR setup, my tv goes black, i got my xbox cable on HDTV, and i got a HD Tv
By the way when i plug in my usb cable into my hd pvr the tv goes black, when i take it out it shows the xbox dashboard.

Make sure you download total media extreme on your pc first. Ok i got one this is what i did. I plugged my componet cables that are connected to my xbox on the bottom. I plugged the ones that came with the hdpvr to the top. I took the power cord and plugged it in the circle hole next to the usb port. Then i plugged the usb into my computer.

Using the HD PVR software make sure your set up for xbox 360 and not PS3 im pretty sure it starts you on PS3 setting when first used
