Ive had an account on TTG for a while now, and ive been using it almost daily, but for some reson i have no idea what rep and those green bar things next to your names are

I somehow have a one next to my green bar thing which i have no idea i got

Im probably just stupid but can someone explain what rep is and how to get it?
And what are those green bar things? I have seen people with like a million of them and others with one or two

the green bar is how much rep you have the more you get the bigger the bar kk and the rep is how know you are on ttg kk

You earn rep by posting and people giving you rep. For example you have to post a certain amount of posts until you earn a reputation power. With your reputation power you can give other people +rep or -rep according to the amount you have. And no giving other people rep DOES NOT decrease your rep. So don't be selfish, if someone helps you out give them some rep. Hope I helped.
