when i burn the disk then hotswap my xbox it get's to 50% then says can't read disk,try cleaning it etc. >_<

mine does this too, some iso patches dont download to your hard drive. thats what my friend told me.

Try Purchasing More High Quality discs Or Replace the file you are trying to upload

You mean when burning it on the comp? Sometimes it happens. People have waisted tons of discs and nobody knows why. Just try again with a new disk.

1)Your code post may have something wrong with it
2)Check if the disk has any scratches on it
3)Make sure you have a good ISO
If you still keep having the problem after at least checking what i just said i will help you

if it is just the iso lemme know i can make one with your codepost in it. honestly in my opinion have your xbox firmwared saves alot of trouble.
