We killed george, but instead of him dropping a death machine and a perk, Samantha laughed and he disappeared.

yeh they reappear in the other pools.
(spawn, slide, staminup, horn)
Its happened a few times to me when I've killed george at the bottom of the slide. Might be to do with killing him out of water or in a certain area.

I reccommend taking him out to staminup and using flopper. Kill him in that pool and you should be fine. Havent had any problems there

Avoid killing him in water, otherwise you'll need people all over to map to pick the perk up before it fades.

There is a chance it will drop in the nearest pool, but it's a chance only. I always let him step out of the water, so that the red scales or whatever show up when I hit him.
