Hey guys i cant seem to get the hissing, fuzzy sound away from my new turtle beach x31s anyone have any ides..

If its near your xbox that might be why. Also charging your controller could be why.

Yes they r sooo worth it try geting it away from ur router,xbox or anything that producess a rf field what it said in my instruction manual. mine kept makin a popping sound, i had to get it away from all the metal lol

Do not charge the controller with the charging cable while using them

try moving anything you think is interfering or contact them it should have a warranty
