I was modding Just Cause 2(dropzone folder only) on my JTAG and after i went between a few different mods the game randomly stopped working, then I replaced the files I edited with the original modded files(which worked before) and every time I went to start a new game(it booted to main menu fine) i would get the error "Fatal Crash Intercepted" and would return me to the dash. I then started up a different game(Red Dead Redemption) and my character was stuck aiming down the sights, and the same with GTA IV. Then I played Black Ops and the modded DVARS weren't completely working(I haven't edited them ever) so i turned my JTAG off and later it turned back on and i got flashing red lights for controllers 2&3(top right and bottom left) i plugged my HDMI cable back in and it booted to the dash perfectly normal
Does anybody know what the problem is(colorado help me)
p.s. Japser 512MB freeboot on 12625 bought it from crazyp and it was working fine before
p.p.s. plus all the rep i can give for 1 day to whoever correctly guesses/helps/links me to a solution
fixed, I had to reflash

Take HDD out.
That should work, also I would suggest you to delete everything of your HDD then re-install everything.
