What you get:
0 prestige = Dpad Right
1st prestige = Right Stick
2nd prestige = Left Bumper
3rd prestige = Y button
4th prestige = RT
5th prestige = LT
6th prestige = Left Stick
7th prestige = X button
8th prestige = B button
9th prestige = Dpad Down
10th prestige = Dpad Up
11th prestige = Dpad Left
And infections.

Steps:
1.Join my game
2.Back out
3.Go to split screen
4.Start the game
6.Pick what you want
7.End Game
8.Go online and see your prestige
9.Enjoy!
