They are picked because there maturity level is high somtimes admins bend the rules abit but the under aged staff are trusted and mature , and staff do as much as they can to make TTG a better place, and they do a good job of it, i wouldn't recomend saying that staff do a bad job of doing their job on the site.

Like I said, This was my review of the site. Stated above, the staff is not the only problem...I will speak to a moderator if they have questions. But there are alot more problems than just staff.

You do not understand, This is not based on my standards. Machinima has its own grading system. I just follow that system.
