For sure they should, MW2 and Black Ops only had internal beta testing and they were a wreck when they came out, black ops still is.

I believe it would be good for them to bring out a beta.
It'll allow them to implement bugfixes before anyone actually pays for the game.
Also, I believe that a lot of people are thinking about getting BF3 instead, because of Black Ops. But if the beta is good, it'll most likely attract more people towards buying MW3.
Because, let's face it ... Treyarch is very good at making you doubt that Call Of Duty is a good series ( Or at least, that's my opinion )
