when i try to render something with "global illumination" it says "Gi Irradiance Cache File cannot be written - please check output path!"
can anyone please help me?

Try Running as Administrator.

C4D is not adobe. So your a fool there.
And erm, check your save paths, maybe its not correct.

thanks for the help guys, but the only way to fix it is to re-install it and i dont want to do that because it takes for ever and i dont know if i will be able to do it again/remeber how to to. (i dont have the legit version)

I fixed it guys! i had to change the Cache output path!
