1) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - Go on that, and that is the IP everyone needs to connect to the server.
2) Edit the properties file so it has that IP
3) Tell us your IP and we can try to connect.

actually you don't need to add an IP to the properties file

Ok, well when I did it last I'm sure I had to. Even if you dont, then everything else I said is still valid and needs to be done.
