I KNOW THEY ARE PATCHED NORMALLY
I believed that after you unplug the ethernet cable and delete the update they still worked...
I tried it today and it didn't work.
I think the problem is when I click on SOLO under zombies some error pops up saying that I need an xbox live membership to play or something. This sent me to the main menu again. I wrote the whole process I went through just incase that isn't the problem.
I'll rep anyone that can help thanks.
Process:

1) I created a new profile on my xbox called Peace Bro.
2) I extracted the profile to my desktop with XTAF.
3) I opened the profile with Xero Profile Editor.
4) I pasted my binds at the bottom of the second column.
I pressed enter before each "bind" so they were on their own line.
5) I saved it, and replaced the old profile in XTAF with the one I just modded.
6) I safely removed the device from my computer and plugged it in to my xbox.
7) I unplugged the ethernet cable from my xbox and turned it on.
8) I went to SyS Settings>Memory>HDD>Games>CoD BLOPS and deleted the Update.
9) I started BLOPs and signed in to Peace Bro.
10) I clicked on Zombies and solo.
Now I think this is the problem, When I clicked solo an error popped up saying that I needed an XBL membership to play XBL or split screen.
This sent me back to the main menu, and I started it again.
11) The game would start and the error wouldn't pop up.
