Even 7371 and a couple other dash versions are not GUARANTEED exploitable.

Microsoft was patching CB versions on some of these dashboards before they re-released them back to their customers...the only way that to guarantee that you can JTAG it is to dump the NAND on a 7371 or lower dash and check the CB version.
