is there anyway to fix a corrupted profile without having to recover

Because i have just corrupted my profile by accident and my profile is like 50Mb and it takes ages to Recover

i think the only way you can do it is by deleting the account and recovering it again

did you have a copy of it on your computer because if u did just put it back on your hard drive
