I give it a 7/10. Pretty good job, maybe try using a few different brushes ;)

7/10 it decent i would make the text more of the standout over the brush. (fix with blending options)

Its not that great, basically what you did was just add a render with some basic brushes to it.

Splashed the brushes everywhere, added a plain white text, and the one thing that everybody uses, dropshadow. Instead of hurrying to make more work, use time.

Graphic design is very time consuming, focus on what you need to fix.
