does anyone kno how to get blacks ops for on demand or something

my black ops has a dent in it and wont read
i have it installed and still nothing
does anyone how to get the dent fixed or how to get it for free

i dont think it is on games on demand yet. what you can do is go to blockbuster rent black ops put your disk that is broken in the case return it and keep the other copy
