yes but treyarch can't see u modding and neither can the xbox admin people. its not treyarch baning ppl anyway its xbox admins who are going into cod 5 online games seeing people flying around the map and going *ban* *ban* and *ban* . they are not looking at zombies matches.

I wonder what it would be like if you have the infections then you see an admin or someone join game. They say "dude, you have infections, your like yeah, ok banned. WAIT WHAT!?!?!?!?!?

ok u messed up even in the first 5 words treyarch can only ban you from the server. They have no power over your xbl account in general 2. There has been rumors about a ban wave for the past month still hasnt happend and will not happen i think microsoft learned from the first ban wave of 09
