Press 'Y' and Open your Disk Tray at the same time and it will go into the screen were it says install game and put the modded one back Push the tray to close and install it.

It worked for me on 2 types of Drives others it did not..

you have to open your xbox

but its not hard to do

you cant hotswap without opening xbox anymore it was patched just take it appart

you cant anymore that method hasnt worked in a while
