Yes but they can't find out when your on Multiplayer private because your not connecting to the official dedicated server, your hosting it of your own server and treyarch don't scan it or w.e lol

dude there is too many rumors about getting banned AKA: 11th ban on cod 4 and cod waw.. i still havnt been banned.

and i highly doubt this is true because WaW = Old they more concerned about black ops and if they banned on Waw they would ban most of the players which means they loose money soo yeah i doubt this is true

but they still ban them ask people who have been banned because there is a lot of them who did for being 11th prestige or getting infected and they have been trying to find people with iso disks and ban them for a really long time
