Greenpois0n is good. But I recommend using it for 4.3.3. Have you tried using DFU mode to restore it? Thanks for the feedback so far as well! Will keep it updated!

it worked..
and greenp0ison is good.. but can mess up ur ipod. it is normally first to come out. but has flaws in it can mess up and eather almost make ur ipod uselessly slow or allow it to never turn on again. and is very hard to reverse. i had happen to me on 4.2.1 .. i undid it after about 10 tries. im using redsnow for now on lol
