Yesterday everything was normal,I Was playing Pro Clubs with my freinds and everything.

But now its saying :

The Fifa 11 Online pass is either corrupt or could not be found on your console.If you wish to Access online features in Fifa 11 please download the Fifa 11 Online pass.

I go to download then it says:

There was an error Verifying yout online pass,Please Try again.

Ive restarted my console but it wont work,Any ideas ?

It's a known issue EA are working on it

Press the xbox guide button on your controller.
Go right 2 times and go down to account management.
Press download history.
Find the online pass and re download it.

I'm not sure if the option is download history but it's along those lines.

i dont think its a problem with EA,It wont list my membership and cant check anything that i previously downloaded! HELP!

No he didn't say that.
He could of either done what i said or press re download online pass, i was just making sure.
Try deleting your profile (profile only) and recover it.

That didnt work either,They need to fix this i disconnected my router for 30 secs aswell this is annoying !

It is a problem with the servers, EA are aware, use the online tech support chat on EA.com if you want to speak to someone about it.
