Thats just what was confirmed through trailer (which doesn't show a lot) and some little leaks. That doesn't mean those are the only snipers. The developers know how big of a nsiping community there is and they wont take out bolt action/ quickscoping. It would pretty much ruin them.

Also I didn't post this video and I am sure that some of the guns used in it are not going to be in the game, but probably a popular like the M40 or the Intervention will be incorporated. Like I said to the developers profit is what matters a with a sniping community of over 5 million+ they cant take the risk of not having these "high demand" bolt action guns.
