***How to get a cpu key off a console !***
If u have XBR installed on your xbox, boot the xbox by pushing the eject button on the disk tray. it will boot into a blue screen displaying your fuse sets . Combined fuse sets 3 and 5 or 4 and 6 for the CPU key. for example if Fuse3= 12345 and Fuse 5=67890 then my CPU KEY= 1234567890.
Simplest.

XBReboot Installed on your Jtag
Un-Banned Nand with CPU KEY - u buy this from kv sellers.
XEXLoader or XEXMenu on your console

1.First off install Flash360 to your console if you dont already have it there.

- Place the Flash360.xex and Media Folder on the Root of a USB drive
- Put the USB drive into the back of your XBOX and then turn it on
- Launch XEXLoader/XEXMenu
- Look in the directory for the Flash360.xex file that is on your USB drive, then launch it.

2. Getting Your XBR Image From Flash 360 onto your Computer

- copy your xbr image with Flash360 using the "X" button on screen
- It will save it as : flashdmp.bin to where you loaded Flash360.xex from : which will be your usb drive root.
- Take your USB Drive with your dumped XBR image from Flash360 onto your computer...

3. Extracting the Unbanned KeyVault from the Nand you bought

**Please skip this step if you already have a KV_dec_.bin from the seller**

- Open the Unbanned Nand file in 360 Flash Tools
- At the Top, select the : Keys Tab then Enter in the Unbanned CPU Key.
- **Make sure to Select the 1BL Box AND the CPU Box**
- Re-Open that unbanned Nand file , now all its info will be showing
- Select Extract , then Extract KeyVault , and save to your desktop.
- It will be saved it as KV_dec.bin , this is your decrypted, unbanned keyvault !

4. Importing The KV_Dec.bin (unbanned Kv)

- Ok, the flashdmp.bin file you copied from Flash360 earlier is your BANNED XBR image that we’re going to be patching with the unbanned KV – so open that badboy .
- Select the Keys tab then enter in the CPU key of your banned console ** check the CPU box as well as the 1BL box**
- open the XBR image and all of your info will be there , write down the DVD-Key and the OSIG DVD-drive type as bot are required for patching the Keyvault.
- select Import and then select KeyVault
- Get the KV_dec.bin file that you previously put on your desktop.
- Then Save the XBR image as Edit01.bin

5. Patching the New Keyvault to your XBR image with your DVD-Key/DVD-Type ...

-Ok, Open up the Edit01.bin then select patch, then select Keyvault
** Make sure u change the DVD-Key to your Jtag’s DVD-Key along with the Drive-type to your own**
-Then save the patched XBR file as updflash.bin

6, How to Re-Flash Your Patched XBR image to Your Jtag.

- Put the updflash.bin onto your usb drive and put it into your jtag. *make sure Flash360.xex is still on there*
- Launch XEXLoader/XEXMenu , Then Browse the Directory for the Flash360.xex then Launch it.
- press A to Re-Flash your XBR Image
- Press B to Flash the XBR image while using a Different KV
- Then press Start to allow the mismatch to happen
- press A to continue the Flash
- Then press Back to accept the Flash has completed
- Finally, Select the Back button again to leave the update menu

Now you have inject your Unbanned KV to your nand and patched it with your own info.
