I am paying anyone in the below prices, and payment options below, if they are to mod my gamerscore for whatever games I want and score and can start a new campaign in the way I want with what weapons, armours, XP, Level, and Skill Points...

Modding Gamerscore is easy, as long as you get a USB, you would be lucky to get 50p for that. Same goes for modded weapons on Borderlands. People can get them anywhere. Stop trying to get so much out of something so little.

*Edit. - My bad, you were asking for this. You'd be getting scammed if you were to give those things away. You probably don't have them anyway but whatever.

you can do it in 10 mins urself all u need is a usb drive and free software
