once again thanks very much i know have my vga port up and running and its much better quality than i had before just a shame i cant afford a HD tv to make it even better

Ok need some help

I used a normal VGA and not one with audio

and now my L/R jacks i had put in are not working

ok first check your soldering for any cracks/splits if not send me a pic of the wiring and i will see if i can spot anything

is it me or are the clear drive covers like gold dust at the moment haggis? lol

Well if your on about xcm ones then no there is plenty on ebay

but if your on about the ones with a small strip of plastic then just a bit for the magnet then Yeah the only person i can find with them is Jtag-Galore,

but i prefer just to make mine with a sheet of plastic and cut the holes out since the drives are noisy enough without having a full cover

Mhh either make one or you can ask Jtag-Galore if he can sell you one separately but dont hesitate to ask he is very friendly, I get quite a few xbox's off him

there you go save ya the trouble,

I thinks is under cooling and modifications is 7pound but i dont know if you have to pay bit extra if your not buying it with a console
