you can use that or easyfreeboot for the 12611dash or 12625 and insert your cpu then click on donor nand and create. when its done name it the Updflash like always and boot up xell with it on usb stick and let it reflash!!1 make sure you getyour cpu key correct

If you have a flashdmp.bin then rename it to updflash.bin and then put it on a usb and then boot xell and it will update.

I have tried that countless times.I know this would normally work but.. Herew is were I think I went wrong. I pressed SET DVD while on the http ip page.

Update: got it on 12625! but if I plug in my cd drive it gives me E64(1000) read the code discription and it seams it was the Set dvd key. Is there an easy way to add a different drive? Got a couple of sammys and hitachi's which do you think would be best suited to the new MS firmware update?
