Is there any new way to play games for free by signing into an account and starting up the game for free i really need help so if you know anything please tell or comment on this post thank you

Yes there are some people that give them away for free (accounts + Game) but they got moved somewhere. ppr(

because of the new update of firmware on the xbox 360 there is no way at least no way that i know of to sign into modded profiles. It identifys the modded profiles as corrupted files so i was wondering if anyone knew if there is any other way to be able to play games for free. Games from xboxiso.com or any other play i use usb so i need a profile and flashing your xbox idk if it works anymore but for me its too risky
