I have recently gotten banned from real runescape so I want to create an RSPS.
If anyone knows how to make one or knows the link to a tutorial then please send me it.

It can be any type but preferably 317

Reward
-Admin On RSPS
-Unlimited COD 5 WaW Lobbies
-Free GFX For 1 week.

If you get a RSPS going could you make me Mod/Admin? I <3 Coding and meeting new players through voting and referrals, even advertisements. I could meet with the new players and tell them the rules show around get them acustom to the server.
