Hello TTG, There is a website i came across and its YouTube SUB4SUB site and there are rules and things like that.

The Guide on using SubXcess.

1) Sign Up
2)Link Your Youtube To SubXcess
3)Right so when you sub someone on SubXcess you will receive one Point and you can sube 40-50 people in one hour due to YouTube Rules.
4) When someone subs you your point will go down a point.
5) The trick is to get at lest 500 points and you will get to the top and more people will see your name and you will receive more Subs.
6) if you watch the whole video that someone has posted on SubXcess you will receive 5 points.

Yeah it's a sweet site, gained me like 1700 subs and they do actually watch my videos because they are real people.
