Right, so im trying to buy minecraft. I enter all my card detials and then it tell me my card has been enrolled for Verified by Visa and that it sent me a password. Where the hell is the password and what the hell is verified by visa?

It sounds to me your having a bank account problem this has nothing to do with minecraft what its saying is it cant buy minecraft. There is a problem with your "Bank" account =/ Don't take my word as i don't 100% no about these things but thats what it sounds like i think the best way to pay for minecraft is via PayPal much faster and safer.
