Honestly, i'd kick you offline too. To me you sound a bit childish and annoying. Also, this is no proof of him kicking you offline. This could have been your poor connection. Just because he said hahahahaha doesnt mean it was because he is kicking you offline.

if he keeps doing it try changing your ip address
dont know if it would be do anything
but he could jhave some how got your ip address and used a advanced upd flooder ( think thats what its for ) and made your interwebzzz connection really laggy causing your xbox to disconnect
