That could make you some money. Figuring that it has great items. I have seen those accounts go for about $65. What I would do is sell the items separately. You can sell 1mil for about 80 cents. So selling the account and items separately will make you more money.

If you sell it to a shop they'll buy it for like $70 or so... Then they'll turn around and sell it to a new person for over $300.

If all combat such as magic, range, and prayer is 99 that could sell for 300-400 dollars, maybe more depending on bank worth. A full 99 acc sells for $500 and up (depending on bank wealth/hard to get quest items, and holiday rares) on most RS account/RSGP sites. If anyone offers 100 dollars or less don't do it. I wouldn't, cause even 1 99 is hard to get let alone the number you have. IF it is yours... very nice.
