For the PC graphics go on to a different map other than Pipeline, E.G. Shipment, Crash. Because Pipeline is a dark map.

Get into game
Back out into split screen
Play for a min
Go to Private match
Change map to shipment happy Promod

To turn Promod On BTW you need to press the back button.
